We make our products from solid shaved spruce wood. Of course, the wood we use comes with the FSC quality label.
The planks have a dimension of 98 x 18 mm.
With our DTS UV printer, we print directly onto the wooden base. Our water-based inks are environmentally friendly. They release fewer volatile organic substances, because the solvent does not vaporise such as in the case of conventional inks.
Yes, through the print, you will still see the wood’s structure. This gives the product that natural, unique appearance!
Using the hanging system that we deliver with the product free of charge, you can hang the map up in minutes.
This can be done using the hammer that we include with the product free of charge. You must hammer them in firmly so that they don’t fall out.
This is not recommended, due to the large differences in air humidity and temperature variations outdoors.
Your print’s lifespan will be the longest if you hang it in a place where temperature and air-humidity variations are as low as possible. We recommend not placing your wooden map above a radiator, next to a regularly opened window or in a drafty area. In such places, the print could warp or crack.
We can supply any country or continent with black borders and a wooden background (the same as the World Map Black). We charge an additional fee of €30 for this. Contact us via the contact form.
Of course, the world is spherical. Thus, a flat representation is never truly accurate. The representation of the World Map Modern, Black and Style is such that if Antarctica had been included, the shape would have been significantly altered, which is why we left it out.

The delivery time varies between 5 and 15 working days. Naturally, some more remote regions may take longer to reach the more easily accessible destinations.
Generally, the transporter will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbours or will inform you of the delivery attempt by means of a letter in your mailbox. The intent is always to inform you of an attempted delivery.
You are responsable for providing us with the right information. It is recommended to double-check the address you have entered, to ensure yourself that you fill in all the fields correctly. Please keep in mind that possible extra costs will be charged if the address is not correct.
It is best to refuse the package at the door if it is damaged. If you find out later, it is advisable to make photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged product, and contact us via the contact form. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the situation.
It is possible that your package has been delayed at customs or is not delivered on the intended date for other reasons. If the delay extends the delivery time to more than 20 working days, please contact us via the contact form.
Sadly, it’s not possible to choose an exact delivery time. However, the transporter will provide a Track&Trace link, which will allow you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
If your product has been delivered damaged, the print is incorrect or there are other aspects that do not adhere to the product we agreed to supply, you might have a right to a warranty. Please contact us regarding this via the contact form.
